We are partnering with the Embark Center to evaluate their stakeholder engagement and communications strategy. In this multi-week initiative, we are developing an exhaustive list of their stakeholder groups and evaluating the overall messaging and outreach strategy.
Specifically, we are:

Developing core messaging targeted at each group
Implementing a social media strategy based on optimal channel engagement
Developing a new website geared towards maximizing user engagement
Measuring engagement and optimizing communications
